  1. SAUTÉED VEGETABLES WITH CHICKEN

– INGREDIENTS –

  • 2 chicken Breasts
  • Vegetables for stir-fry fresh or frozen (carrot, peas, corn, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, etc.)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Soy sauce (optional)
  • Nuts Frozen q. b. (optional)
  • Olive oil, salt and white pepper q. b.

– MODE OF PREPARATION –

  1. Cut the chicken to cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a wok and when hot sauté the chicken. When it is cooked remove and reserve.
  3. Add a little more olive oil in the wok and put the garlic slices, nuts and vegetables that you prefer. (If you are using frozen vegetables, remove them a few minutes before the freezer; if fresh, take care of the baking in advance).
  4. When the vegetables are cooked add the chicken.
  5. If you like soy sauce, put a little in the mix and rectify the salt and pepper.
  1. SALAD COLD PASTA WITH SHRIMP AND GREEN APPLE

– INGREDIENTS –

  • 100g of mass (ties or fusilli)
  • 80g of kernels of shrimp
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 green Apple sliced with peel
  • 50g of lettuce
  • 1 Orange
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper q. b.

– MODE OF PREPARATION –

  1. Sauté the kernels of shrimp with a drizzle of olive oil until well crispy.
  2. Bake the dough. Remove from heat and drain the cooking water about 3 minutes before the time indicated on the packaging. Leave the dough to cool on a plate wide and in the air.
  3. In a bowl, prepare a bed with the lettuce leaves washed and dried well.
  4. When the pasta is cold, mix with the crumb of shrimp, green apple sliced and grated carrots, all on top of the lettuce.
  5. Season the salad prepared with a sauce vinaigrette prepared with olive oil, the juice of an orange, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  1. WRAP TURKEY WITH SPINACH

– INGREDIENTS –

  • Tortilla corn (wrap)
  • 1 Cup of leaf spinach
  • 40g turkey breast smoked
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 2 Tablespoons of cottage cheese or fresh cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of sunflower seeds
  • Olive oil, salt and lemon juice q. b.

– MODE OF PREPARATION –

  1. Mix the leaves with spinach, tomato, diced, grated carrot and cottage cheese/fresh cheese in a bowl. Add a spoon of olive oil and a little lemon juice.
  2. Add the turkey sliced, the seeds and season with salt.
  3. Heat the tortilla in the oven or microwave, for 1 minute.
  4. Put the stuffing in the center of the tortilla and wrap.
  1. BURGERS CHICKPEA AND SWEET POTATO WITH ROASTED VEGETABLES

– INGREDIENTS –

  • 100g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 sweet potato, average boiled
  • 2 onion
  • 3 clove of garlic
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper and pepper q. b.
  • ½ Green Pepper
  • ½ Red bell Pepper
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ Curgete
  • ½ Eggplant
  • Oregano and rosemary q. b.

– MODE OF PREPARATION (BURGERS) –

  1. Crush the sweet potato cooked and reserve in a bowl.
  2. Chop a onion and a garlic in grinder and transfer to the bowl.
  3. The grinding of the grain so as to obtain a homogeneous paste and put together of the mixture previous. Engage all of the ingredients.
  4. Add the seasonings to taste and place for a few minutes in the fridge to stay firm.
  5. When you are more consistent, remove from the fridge and form balls with your hands, flatten into the shape of burgers and put it in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. (You can also choose to wrap the burger in oatmeal, shredded and browned then to get burgers more firm).

– MODE OF PREPARATION (VEGETABLES) –

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Cut the vegetables in to cubes and place in a roasting pan.
  3. Season with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary. Mix well all the ingredients.
  4. Put in the oven for 30 minutes until all the vegetables well cooked.
